Development Virtualbox VMs

I added a bunch of new images to the Virtual Machine folder that I am sharing. I added several PHP development images, centos 6.2, and an Oracle 11g XE image.

You can find the images here: (please consult the readme.txt on the desktop)

  1. Thanks for these but what are the passwords for the user accounts?

  2. The password is p@ss1word

The user is bwm. Since these are development vm machines, no security risks in posting password. Please read the readme.txt on the desktop for all information about the vm.

  5. Great. I try to update these VMs regularly. I will post another update in a few days. Let me know if there is anything you would like to see in the environment.

  6. Sorry for the late reply, the only thing I'd like is to see some documentation outside of the image, i.e. a readme file that wasn't inside the VM itself.
And maybe, for those of us who aren't that clever, a quick tip on how you need to configure the VM to allow access from the host, e.g. using SQL Developer installed on the host to access the DB in the VM, making the VM use a fixed IP address may also be useful.
If I get it all up and running again (just done a clean install of Mountain Lion), I will try to pass info back.

    Cheers
